Chance Puryear Chance Puryear 6'6" | SF Dallas Carter | 2024 State #230 Nation TX of Carter High School in Dallas, Texas caught my eye with his ability to be a strong defender against Atascocita High School. He is willing to hustle hard on defense as he can guard multiple positions with his physical frame and high motor on the defensive end. Chance isn’t really a ball watcher when a shot is shot on both ends of the floor as he boxes out for rebounds with a relentless pursuit for the basketball. On offense he is an aggressive rim attacker that draws fouls due to his physicality and can make shots on the perimeter on spot ups. Puryear is currently committed to Southern Methodist University who is only going to get better with time.
