Carter is a 2-guard that started JV and got varsity minutes for Wall as a Freshman. He doesn’t have any elite traits as far as size or explosiveness, but he’s a solid and smart guard on both ends. He’s a guard that doesn’t make many mistakes with the ball and values possessions. A good three-point shooter that can knock them down and I didn’t see him force bad shots.
