Admittedly, I haven’t laid eyes on Cruz yet but reports are that he could be one of the best players in the state in 2027 and is an immediate impact player in the third region. A 6’5 guard with international experience, Carlos has impressive highlights against Team USA on social media and I’m interested to see him this upcoming season. Sticking him at 20th in the class to start out with, Cruz could move way up in the future if he’s as good as advertised.
