Cameron McNamee Cameron McNamee 6'6" | SG Santa Margarita | 2024 State CA-S had 16 points on Friday night (1/13) in an important win for Santa Margarita Catholic over Mater Dei. McNamee started quickly in this one by hitting multiple three’s and getting involved on the glass. Cameron’s size and length allows him to rebound and go, effectively starting a 1-man fast break that gets his team into their sets before the defense can get itself set.

McNamee was a major threat from beyond the arc this week making 4 three-pointers against Orange Lutheran and following up that performance by hitting 3 more three-pointers on Friday night against JSerra. Cameron is already a plus athlete who should only fill out and get stronger as he gets closer to his senior season. McNamee becoming a more consistent three-level scoring threat would make him an even more appealing option for coaches at the next level.
