Murphy is tough as nails and as solid as they come. The 6-foot southpaw does a really good job getting to two feet in the lane and is always on balance and under control. He can shoot the ball from three, he can make shots from the mid range, and he can finish with contact at the hoop. His strength and toughness on drives to the rim is really impressive, and he bullies other guards his size. The Blair Academy senior should develop a lot on such a talented team this season, and I would imagine he’ll have some solid D3 opportunities as a result.
