is a 6-foot-7 that can operate at either forward spot on the floor that’s just tapping into what he can do on the hardwood as he starred this past season with the Panther Creek Catamounts. He posted 9.2 ppg, 8.1 rpg and 1.3 bpg while shooting 68 percent from the field to close out his high school career. He showed he could be a factor on both ends of the floor in his first season as a full-time starter. Surgers is just scratching the surface of what he can do given his size and athleticism at 6-foot-7. He’s an athletic forward prospect that can operate inside and out for Panther Creek High and is a burden on the boards for any opponent.

Surgers was an active presence on the rebounding front for Panther Creek as he finished with a double-double in the win. He put up 14 points and 17 rebounds and showed off his ability to clean up on the offensive glass (7 off. rebounds) and finish around the rim. He’s an unsigned senior name for DII and DIII schools to get eyes on.

Caleb is a physical player with great touch around the rim. If you need a rebound, he can definitely go up and get you one. He has good post moves and if you step in between him and the basket, there is a chance that you may get dunked on .

Surgers was a lot more active in the 2nd quarter, especially on the glass and it opened things up for them on offense. They trailed by 10 points to start the first quarter but his energy on the glass and in the painted area were a big reason things stayed closed in the first half. He turned things up in the second half and had some strong put backs on their comeback in the second half. He’s another unsigned senior forward to watch with Panther Creek.
