Dean College has jumped into the fray joining Albany State, Pfieffer, Gordon State and Maryville as schools to offer the southpaw. Schaeffer is the head of the snake for Langston Hughes. His consistency and motor are hallmarks of his game. Brentis does a lot well, exceptional at slinking to the rim, rebounding from his guard position and making plays for others. He is averaging 19.4 points, 5.1 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.6 steals per game after posting 7.5 points, 3.2 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 0.6 steals as a junior.

Up from No. 106: Slick lefty controls the action with ease. Slithers his way to the rim and elevates to finish with authority. Works the mid-range well and can shoot the three. Wiry athlete.

returns as the lead man for a Langston Hughes team with some under-the-radar talent. He looked good steering the ship this weekend, creating offense and scoring when he needed to. Schaeffer came out attacking in his first game of the weekend, 22 points against Pebblebrook. He’s quick and twitchy, loves to penetrate and let others play off of that. With Schaeffer at the helm, Langston Hughes isn’t the team to be taken lightly.
