About Brady

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I'm a prototypical small forward, but I have the game flexibility to play the 2 or the 4. I'm an excellent shooter from the 3-point line, but I've worked hard to improve my footwork and ability to get to the basket off the dribble. I've implemented a few euro steps and spin moves that allow me to get to the bucket and draw fouls. I'm an excellent free-throw shooter and rebounder.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My parents have instilled in me a high IQ for the game of basketball. I'm very unselfish when I'm playing and do not take bad shots. I am a competitor and always put the team above my personal stats. I do what the team needs to win and that is my #1 priority.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I will be joining the NHS (National Honor Society) for my high school when I'm able to and I look forward to volunteering in my community and helping others.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am a natural leader and I think that shows on the court. I may not be the most outspoken player, but I want others to succeed and I want to win. My teammates know that about me and so do my coaches. My AAU coach often says I'm too unselfish and wants me to score more for our team. That said, I'm always going to do what's best for the team, score, rebound or play defense!

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Prior to the summer of 2025, I was playing for another team in the area since I was 4 years old. The coach decided to make some changes to the roster and only offered me a spot as a sub or practice player as he didn't think he would have enough minutes for me to justify all the travel and costs. I decided to go to my current team, Legacy as I really felt like coach Devon could improve my game.

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm looking for a few things. I want to be developed and challenged, and I want the opportunity to compete. I don't have a dream school yet, but I would like to achieve the highest amount of success I can in basketball and that could be at any level. I have 3 years of High School remaining and I am going to be putting in the work to get better each and every day.
