Venckus brings a high motor with a clean skill to the back court. He plays hard on both ends and is in the action of a lot of defining type of plays. His basketball IQ showed in multiple areas. On the offensive side, he shot it well at a solid clip from 3 land while also showing a smooth pull up game. Venckus flowed nicely into a 17 footer jumper off the bounce from the wing into a pure release for a splash. He also showed ability to attack aggressively to the paint at times and convert at the rim. His two way contribution will continue to bring positive value.

Bernard Venckus Bernard Venckus 6'1" | SG/PG Naperville Central | 2029 IL may only be in the 2029 Class but he is a scorer with the basketball at an above average rate. Venckus has swagger, smooth game play, and a ton of coordination for his age. The thing that stands out about his game is that it’s effortless. He can catch at any position on the offensive end and he can go get a bucket at Will in a plethora of different ways. This past weekend his full arsenal was on display. He was hitting shots from deep, he was getting into the middle of the defense off the dribble and he was hitting open teammates while they were cutting to the rim. More times than not, Venckus was killing it at this event and that was easy to see.
