About Asher

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Great shooter. All around great player that hustles all over the court doing the little things as well as the big things. Crashes offensive boards and creates extra possessions for his team.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a hard worker that is always in the gym everyday multiple times a day. I get better everyday and I am striving to play at the next level.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I have received the Father Paul Shikany leadership award. Junior national honors society.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have done community service with organizations through school and the Boulevard Place food pantry. These have helped with the idea of speaking up and helping others and learning what actions have the best responses.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have faced the challenge of transferring schools this year(junior year).it has been challenging being placed in a new environment and meeting a new people but it has helped with social presence.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that will give me the opportunity to play at the next level and develop me to be an improved player and man. I want a college that can help achieve my dreams.

Park Tudor has quickly climbed the Prep Hoops Indiana Class 2A Rankings now checking in at #5 after a 3-0 start which included a win over reigning State Runner-Up University. On Tuesday night Arkenau, a 6’3″ senior guard, posted 25 points, 4 rebounds, and 6 assists in an 83-73 win over Purdue Poly Englewood.

Asher Arkenau Asher Arkenau Asher Arkenau 6'3" | SG Park Tudor | 2026 State IN is the perfect definition of a new name. We were unaware of him until attending a fall workout at Park Tudor where he stood out. Then, the 6’3″ guard came to our Prep Hoops Indiana “The Expo” showcase where he once again played very well. Now that he is on our radar we have Arkenau ranked #126 heading into his junior season. By this time next year it wouldn’t surprise us if he moves up further.

During my travels around to three or four high schools per week, I made it to Park Tudor High School on Thursday evening before The Expo on Sunday. Arkenau was a junior guard that stood out in their open gym and then he backed it up with a very impressive performance at our event. The 6’3″ wing shoots it very well from three-point range with a good understanding of spacing and how to move on the perimeter. He also drove it right and effectively finished at the rim. Under-the-radar prospect that could blossom into a role this winter for a talented Park Tudor team.
