who impressed me. He had a team-high 10 points for the Trojans in their loss to Kokomo last week in the Phil Cox Memorial Tournament and showed flashes of the player he could develop into. He is a long prospect who knows how to use his length to make tough shots over defenders right now, with the potential to add more athleticism and bounce to his game. I expect him to get better as the season progresses.

Bishop Chatard could be a vastly improved team this season because, quite simply, their guys have put in the work. Sahm is a bigger, physical guard that had a strong summer with Indiana Basketball Club 16u and showcased his personal improvements at “The Expo” on Saturday. He had a couple of shifty drives to the basket where he displayed good change of pace and the ability to play through contact on the way to the rack. Look for Sahm to a be a standout in the Trojans backcourt this season.

We had the chance to see Sahm play a couple of times over the course of the spring and summer with Indiana Basketball Club, but we are definitely excited to get a more in-depth evaluation at “The Expo.” The 6’2″ guard from Bishop Chatard has a smooth outside shooting stroke and consistently puts pressure on opposing defenses from the perimeter.
