Slotting in at #196 this update is Lake. Aquil is in a loaded backcourt room at Spring Valley, but he showed some of what he is capable of during the AAU season with SC Kings . He is a solid jump shooter and has active hands defensively, he just lacks any physical trait to create advantages at a high level.

An unranked South Carolina 2027 on the rise is Lake. Aquil has put together lots of strong performances between Phenom Hoops and Big Shots events this summer, and this weekend was just another in that long line. He went for 14 points and 3 steals in a matchup with KST, knocking down jumpers efficiently from three and in the mid-range. One of the biggest attributes that stands out with Lake is his instincts, and it translates to excellent cuts and defensive playmaking in every game.
