Eric Wallace | Prep Hoops Scout
The junior wing scored 16 points in a narrow loss on Saturday afternoon in Baltimore while continuing to show his offensive upside and shot making ability. Walcott consistently created his own offense off the dribble and used his length and size effectively to shoot over defenders and score at multiple levels. A wing with good positional size, he has shown noticeable improvement as a perimeter shot maker and plays with a scorer’s mentality when the ball is in his hands.

The wing has good positional size and the ability to stretch the floor with his perimeter shooting. He also showed the ability to attack closeouts and finish effectively at the rim. Coming off a 25-point performance earlier in the week against fellow South Florida power St. Thomas Aquinas, Walcott carried that momentum into Saturday with a 16-point effort in another win. The junior wing boasts excellent positional size and length, scores efficiently at all three levels, and has established himself as a consistent perimeter shot-maker. With his continued development and production, Walcott appears primed for a big offseason and a noticeable uptick in his recruitment.

Dawson’s teammate, Anthony Walcott Anthony Walcott 6'5" | SG Pembroke Pines Charter | 2027 State FL had some of his most consistent games of the season and was named to the All Tournament team in Ocala. The junior is a lanky wing with size who can create off the bounce and is at this best in the midrange, with his range continuing to expand. Walcott has positional size, is an above average athlete and has a pretty good feel for the game.

Sandi is a quick guard known for his high-volume three-point shooting. His ability to knock down shots consistently from beyond the arc—combined with his playmaking skills—makes him a dynamic offensive player. Sandi also has the speed to penetrate defenses and set up his teammates, running the offense with precision. Despite being smaller in stature, his shooting gravity and overall basketball IQ make him a key prospect.

Probably one of the most unexpected players to make this list is Anthony Walcott Anthony Walcott 6'5" | SG Pembroke Pines Charter | 2027 State FL , who as a 6’4” guard just finds a way to be a part of almost every possession. He’s second overall in rebounds on the team behind Sorhaindo and second on the offensive glass. Walcott also leads NightRydas in blocks overall through three sessions. His offensive game demands he be played effectively as well because he can easily breakdown his defender off the dribble or pull up in transition and splash a bucket in their face.

Next up is Anthony Walcott Anthony Walcott 6'5" | SG Pembroke Pines Charter | 2027 State FL , a 6’6” guard who is the energy for this team. He can lull his defender to sleep on a dribble move or cross you over and Euro to the hoop for an opposite side finish, but don’t let Walcott’s finishing package around the basket fool you, he has range as well. Most of his damage did come in transition though during the Atlanta games but you can see when he had deep looks that he was confident in his shooting stroke beyond the arc. As another active energy guy, Walcott also was constantly around the ball and found a few extra opportunities for his team grabbing the offensive glass.
