Lavigne is one of the state’s best shotmakers, able to elevate over the defense and knock down tough jumpers in traffic. He’s also a strong finisher at the rim and has some bounce that might sneak up on you. Just a few weeks ago, we watched Lavigne go for 30 points at the Wood Elite Showdown and he’s put up strong numbers like that all year. Dean, Oglethorpe, and Emory-Oxford have already offered.

Kennesaw Mountain hung around with South Paulding in the first half but Andrew Lavigne Andrew Lavigne 6'2" | SG South Paulding | 2024 State GA caught fire in the 2nd quarter and never cooled off. He went for 30 points in the game, hitting tough shot after tough shot. Lavigne shoots it well from all over the floor and the elevation on his pull-up allows him to get his shot off in traffic. He’s got some sneaky athleticism too. Lavigne currently holds offers from Oglethorpe, Emory Oxford, Dean, and North Dakota State College of Sciences.

The Georgia Stunners took many by surprise on this year’s OTR circuit and Andrew Lavigne is a huge reason why. Lavigne has some high-level shooting touch, both from beyond the arc and around the paint. He’s more than just a shooter though. Lavigne’s athleticism could sneak up on you and he’s a strong finisher around the rim. He’s tough as nails and never backs down from a dog fight. Lavigne earned All-Region and All-County honors last year and will look to build on that success in his senior year.

Lucha scores in spurts and can get hot in a hurry. He charged up South Paulding in the second half of the Yellow Bracket Championship, netting three threes on his way to finishing with 18 points, 2 rebounds, 3 steals and 1 block. Andrew has a clean one-dribble pull-up. He gets great lift on his jumpers.

Sharpshooter works well without the ball. Comes off screens to score from the mid-range and three-point line. Scores in spurts. Has to stay aggressive the entirety of the game. Finds himself on D-II radars. Averaged 14 points, 4.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 1 steal and 1 block on Tuesday.

Lavigne was a threat to score from anywhere within the half court. He was at his best when he was in attack mode scoring at a high rate. The three-level scorer hit seven 3-pointers in a 2-game stretch this weekend playing for GA Stunners. In the game against GATA Basketball 2024, Lavigne hit four 3-pointers in the second half to help send the game into overtime.

Lucha drilled seven threes in a two-game span before leaving the finale early with a jaw injury. When Andrew is aggressive, he’s a threat to score from all over the floor. His athleticism can catch opponents off guard with how he elevates to the rim. He is also a competent offensive rebounder that likes to sneak in for tip backs. The three-level scorer is a GameChanger with his offensive firepower.

The 6-2 shooting guard was clutch in the second half for Georgia Stunners, as he erupted for 18 points including the game-tying 3 to send the game to overtime. Lavigne finished with four 3-pointers on the afternoon as he also made some plays on the defensive end including finishing with five rebounds and two steals. Lavigne is one of the hardest workers you will find and college coaches will start taking notice during the live period next weekend.

The junior posted 18 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist and 2 steals while sinking three threes on the night. He’s a lethal shooter, compact with his stroke as he scores off the catch and off the dribble, good at getting to his spots using two dribbles or less. Andrew is also a solid athlete when attacking the basket. He already holds the single-game scoring record at 39 points, set this season.
