Porter may be the most physical small forward in the class. The two sports star has no problem mixing it up in the interior. He is a tough rebounder, that can score off putbacks, he also has good strength allowing him to defend bigger players.

It was another strong performance from Porter who is starting to make his way onto my all show time team. The powerfully built skilled forward just makes plays for his team, evident by his rebounding, dishing and scoring. He benefited from offensive execution and even stepped out and hit the occasional three. He finished with 14 points to help the Patriots to the victory.

Porter is a two sport star that brings tougness and energy to the state champs. He also brings a ton of production. He’s been able to find buckets evidenced by his 9 points per game average, while simultaneously defending and grabbing rebounds at a 5 board per game rate.

24↑15 It will be interesting to see how good Porter looks once he’s 100% in basketball shape. As it is, the gridiron star is currently contributing to the defending state champs on a nightly basis against good competition, hence his rankings rise.

Porter is one of the better football players in the state, and according to his teammate the strongest player on the team. He didn’t workout with the team as he was recovering from football season. After watching him in the summer, he is one of my potential breakout players. Porter could be a major x-factor for the team with his ability to defend, and finish in transition.

Porter’s strength has always been a given, however the two sport star has risen in the rankings thanks to his improved athleticism, and offensive skill set.
