Up from 65: Moved to Etowah from Brookwood and played his best ball. Showcased versatility, able to play in the paint and rebound, shoot the three and create off the dribble. Set a school-record with 48 points against North Cobb. Has a repeatable compact jump shot with a high release. Entered the season with D-III offers but his breakout campaign could lift him a level.

Things seem to be trending upwards at Brookwood and junior Alex Young Alex Young Alex Young 6'5" | SG Etowah | 2025 State GA is helping lead the evolution. Young has put up impressive scoring numbers all season including a 33-point outburst at the Deep South Classic. He has ideal size for a college 2-guard at 6’5 and his rangy three-point stroke will certainly translate. The IQ is apparent as Young constantly hunts open looks and finds ways to get into scoring position. Alex Young Alex Young Alex Young 6'5" | SG Etowah | 2025 State GA is such a versatile and well-rounded prospect, 6’5 and capable of playing a variety of roles. Young shoots the three extremely well and that’s another reason that I think his game will eventually translate well to the college game. His guard skills have come a long way and he’s now handling and passing the rock like never before. I believe Young could be a D1 guy by the time it’s over and his 4.0 GPA will certainly help too.
