Along with being a terrific perimeter defender, Wilkins is an X factor for the Dragons each year. Most possessions are run through Pokorski or Wilcoxson; however, Wilkins ability to slash through defenses, rebound and make plays with the ball in his hands makes in an invaluable asset to his team. Shooting 57% from the field last year, Wilkins displayed the ability to get to the basket, an efficient jump shot and ability to grind out rebounds for second chance scoring opportunities for the Dragons. Wilkins has good size, length and above average basketball IQ that any coach would love to have and develop. Wilkins is sparkplug type player and can do anything needed on the court for his team which will catch the eyes of scouts this year.

went for a game high 22 points for OSA Klein. The guard out of Gretna made a couple of outside shots, but scored most of his points driving and attacking the rim. He used his physicality and strength to overpower smaller defenders inside. Wilkins will play a big role this coming winter for a deep Gretna squad. Currently on his OSA team, he is one of the go to scorers and star players.
