Now running with Bates Fundamentals 15U, Aaron was responsible for various flashy plays in his final game of the weekend. His squad pulled off a dominant blowout win during the contest followed by a well-balanced attack throughout which several players shined. Aaron, however, might’ve been the only athlete on the court that could contribute what he did. Of all of his big plays, Aaron pulled off a euro-step, up-and-under jelly layup in transition that I can only describe as “tough.”

Huffman checks most of the same boxes as Patterson does as a long term prospect. Aaron is long and decently athletic. He’s an advanced rim protector and looks like he could be 6’10 or taller before he’s done growing. His stats are modest as a freshman but if you want a player who oozes “upside” and “potential”, Aaron Huffman Aaron Huffman 6'7" | C Seneca | 2029 State KY is a good choice.

Looking purely at upside, Aaron could be a top prospect in this class. He’s long and a fluid athlete at 6’7. While Huffman is not yet a great athlete, he looks like he is still growing into his body and getting the coordination that comes with young big men. A prototypical 5 man right now, Huffman excels as a rim protector on the defensive end. Assuming he has his motor running all the time, there may not be a better young big in Louisville’s 2029 class than Aaron Huffman Aaron Huffman 6'7" | C Seneca | 2029 State KY .
