Scotland County vs Richmond County: This is always a matchup that is intense whether it’s on the football field or on the basketball court. Richmond County Junior Forward Nygie Stroman has been the go to guy for his squad averaging close to a double/double each game. Scotland County is led by Senior Guard Garrett Mcrae who is putting up around 20 PPG.
Lumberton vs Purnell Swett: Another matchup that fans should be very excited about as both teams are battling to be know as the best team in their county and feature the top two players in Robeson County. Lumberton HS features Senior Guard Jordan McNeill has been outstanding while averaging 21 Points , 7 Rebounds and 7 Assist per contest. While Purnell Swett features Senior Xavier Jones who is averaging just under 30 points and 15 rebounds a night.
Washington County vs John A Holmes: The game had already sold out before Friday afternoon which should tell you how much people want to see this matchup. Both teams come into the matchup with undefeated records and are looking to make deep state tournament runs. Senior Kennan Downing is leading Holmes in scoring at 15 PPG , While Washington County is led by Senior Guard Deandre Downing 14 Points and 12 Rebounds per night.
West Johnston vs South Johnston: The battle of the Johnston County schools should be a good one without a doubt! We recently got the chance to see South Johnston Star G/F CJ Ray who is one that should be seeing his recruitment rise. Ray came into the season known as a PF but clearly has shown his ability to be a player on the perimeter.
