About Merel
Expert Analysis
Bret Swanson | Prep Hoops Scout
Burgess has a bit of an old-school game with his play. Merel a left-handed undersized post can step out to the short corner and connect. Burgess is a good passer from the high post and seems to have really good set of hands to catch anything thrown into his direction. Merel averaged 12.2 ppg this past season for the Tigers.
