Garner Road 2020 Dji Bailey: The Wake Forest commit is one that we have been able to watch progress over the years in a very nice way. Playing alongside current Chicago Bull Coby White as a sophomore, he spent a good portion of his time on the wing, knocking down shots at a high level. This high school and AAU season, we got the chance to see him playing quite a bit of PG and he was very impressive, displaying a high IQ to go along with his height at 6’6.
Big Shots NC 2020 Nolan Dorsey: One of the better passers in the state, he has used the spring and summer to show that he is a legit D1 prospect and stats don’t define his game. Whenever we have gotten the chance to watch him, his outstanding passing ability has been on display, he makes difficult passes look easy and has a pretty low turnover rate.
Team Felton 2021 Jaquantae Harris: Naturally a scorer, he has taken the time this spring and summer to become more of a facilitator as he will be a PG at the college level. We were impressed with how well he has learned to balance getting his own offense while getting the teammates involved as well. D1 programs at the MM level have already begun to show interest and we feel that he has a very nice amount of upside.
Team Xplosion 2019 Jordan McCloyd: NAIA level schools that are looking to sign a pass first PG late this summer should give this young man a call. He constantly looks to get others involved, and does a nice job of getting the team into their sets, he is a player that coaches will like as he has some toughness to him and doesn’t get too rattled.
NL Disciples 2020 Jamari Thomas: We love the toughness that he brings on the court, and the ability he has to be a floor general. On the defensive end of the floor he applied constant pressure, causing all types of headaches for the opposition. On offense he was aggressive to attack the defense, not only to score, but to make the correct play. Time and time again we saw him drop off passes to bigs or kick the ball out to knock down shooters after he forced the defense to collapse.
Big Shots NC 2021 Emmanuel Sepulveda: His ability to play the game at a fast tempo and get others involved were two things that we noticed about him at an early age. He doesn’t look to score very often but instead uses his speed to break down the defense and make the correct plays for his team. On the defensive side of the ball he puts forth the same amount of effort, constantly applying pressure to opponents.
