Fayetteville Rockets 2021 Forward David Nixon: One of the players that we hadn’t seen before but he caught our attention early on. He made some plays inside the paint but also showed his ability to knock down three point shots.
2-6 Blackout 2022 Guard Diamanté Shepard: Scoring the ball at a solid rate is something that we saw from him consistently. He doesn’t settle for the outside shot , using his speed and ball handling he gets to spots in a hurry. The fact that seems to understand how to score over y’all defenders only helps him scoring wise.
Fayetteville Rockets 2021 Wing Maceo Russell: A player that made some good decision from the wing spot by using his wingspan and athleticism. He moves well without the ball and excels the most when he’s in transition situations.
Fayetteville Rockets 2021 G/F Ricky McDonald: Has a nice IQ for the game, he doesn’t force any plays and seems to play at his own speed. We saw a bit of everything from him which included some scoring but also solid defense without fouling.
Fayetteville Rockets 2021 G/Timothy Wynne: Plays the game with a certain bounce in his step , he showed some solid lateral quickness as well as the ability to play in a half court setting. One of the more impressive attributes about him was his ability to score efficiently, he got buckets but didn’t need to take a ton of shots to get them.
Team Flash 2024 Nick Peters: We try not to say too much about players that are very young but he has potential to be a special player. His IQ for the game is at the level of a high school player and he made some outstanding passes that you simply don’t see youngsters his age make.
DSJ 2021 Guard Eli Smith: We continue to talk about him because we are continually impressed with how he plays each time we see him. Lack of size is something that many have concern about but he plays with some toughness that makes up for it.
