John Butler takes home the top spot for the 2021 Prep Hoops Palmetto State Rankings. Butler 6’11 attends Christ Church (Greenville) in the Upstate. Butler played on the Grassroots Circuit with Team United, Butler has already received offers from Clemson, St Louis, Baylor and Virginia Tech.
Jacobi Wright comes in at the #2 spot. Wright a creative point guard is now attending Fort Mill HS. Wright played last season at York Prep Academy.
Bryce McGowens averaged 18.4 ppg for the Wren HS Hurricanes last season. McGowens the sharp shooting guard comes in at the #3 man in the 2021 Palmetto State Class.
Daveon Thomas is a true floor leader for the Lee Central HS Stallions in Bishopville. Thomas played with McGowens during the July NCAA Live Period with Upward Stars Southeast 2021. Thomas ranks #4 in the 2021 Palmetto State class.
Jalen Breazeale is a jet quick guard from Greenville Tech. Braezeale we first saw as a 8th grader for the Warriors with his shifty ball-handling and quickness up the floor. Braezeale plays for his father Clay and comes in at the #5 spot. Braezeale played on the Grassroots Circuit with the Carolina Wolves.
