Expert Analysis
Michael Roth | Prep Hoops Scout
Another Grove City guard who stood out, Mills was making his impact on the offensive end as an impressive scorer. Mills started the game with a turnaround jumper off a reverse pivot and didn’t stop scoring throughout the contest. Mills was quick to get the ball up at the rim as he made quick layups before the defense could rotate to block his shot. Able to attack closeouts and go coast to coast himself with the ball, Mills lived in the paint and found a lot of success as a slasher. Grove City has a handful of guys competing in the Pumas Fall League as they’ve been a program on the rise the last few years.
