Another strong week for the Grove City guard, who did a nice job passing out of the trapping defense that was being thrown at him. Hansen also had a nice lefty finish off a euro step and played with poise with the ball in his hands. Hansen also had a nice floater finish that showed his soft touch at the rim. Grove City players have been standing out left and right in the fall league and Hansen has been a consistent bright spot for his team.

A high motor guard, Hansen did the dirty work for his team as they grinded out a win in the game I caught. Hansen sat down defensively on the perimeter and forced turnovers by making ball handlers make multiple dribble moves to try and go around him. Despite being a smaller guard, Hansen also boxed out well to help his team on the glass. Offensively, Hansen had a nice inside hand finish at the rim as well. A glue guy in the fall league and the high school level, I liked Hansen’s winning intangibles on Saturday.
