SD 2028 Ranks: Baller Discussion

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Prep Hoops Dakotas recently rolled out the latest update to the South Dakota 2028 Prospect Rankings, and there is no shortage of talent worth discussing. The summer has kept this class busy, and with players continuing to make noise on the circuit, the movement up and down the board has been well earned.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"fontSize":"medium"} --> <p class="has-medium-font-size">Today we are turning our attention to the ballers ranked in the <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline">20's and 30's</span><span style="text-decoration: underline"> range</span></strong>. Do not sleep on this range. The talent is deep, the competition for spots is fierce, and every player in this group has done something this summer to keep themselves firmly in the conversation.
