Here is a look at some of the biggest risers heading into critical summer evaluation periods.    The Chantilly High School product is a smart, skilled lead guard who consistently plays with poise and control at the offensive end. He has excellent command of the basketball, handles pressure well, and makes strong decisions with the ball in his hands. Capable of making shots off the dribble, he can create space for himself and score from multiple areas on the floor. He also possesses good strength and better than average quickness, allowing him to get downhill and operate effectively in traffic. A high IQ floor general, he understands how to use ball screens to create advantages for himself and his teammates, making him an efficient playmaker and offense organizer.     Tabb is a skilled left handed combo guard who can score at all three levels and consistently puts pressure on opposing defenses. Shifty with the basketball and effective off the dribble, he does an excellent job getting to the rim and creating scoring opportunities in traffic. Tabb is a solid athlete who can make shots both off the catch and off the bounce, giving him versatility as a perimeter scorer. He plays with an aggressive scorer's mentality, attacks gaps with confidence, and has a knack for getting to the free throw line. His combination of shot creation, downhill ability, and scoring instincts makes him a dangerous offensive weapon in the backcourt.     One of the top prospects in the state, Nunez was impressive this spring with the NJ Shoreshots on the UAA circuit. The New York native possesses excellent size for a guard along with high level athleticism that immediately stands out on both ends of the floor. While he is a capable ball handler who can facilitate when needed, he appears most effective in an attacking scoring role where he can use his explosiveness and strength to get downhill and pressure defenses. Nunez consistently creates advantages off the dribble and finishes effectively at the rim, while his perimeter jumper also showed noticeable improvement this spring. With his blend of size, athleticism, scoring ability, and upside, Nunez continues to solidify himself as one of the state's premier prospects.     Following a strong spring with [program_tooltip program_id='2226248' first='Boo' last='Williams'] on Nike's EYCL circuit, Barnhart made a significant jump in our updated rankings. A skilled shooter and scorer on the wing, he is much more than just a spot up perimeter threat. Barnhart can attack defenders off the bounce, get into the lane, and finish creatively in traffic with touch and body control. He does an excellent job using screens to create separation and consistently makes smart decisions within the flow of the offense, showcasing a high basketball IQ. In addition to his scoring ability, Barnhart can also serve as a secondary ball handler and playmaker, adding versatility to his offensive impact. His blend of shot making, feel for the game, and offensive skill makes him a prospect college coaches should continue to monitor closely this summer.     College coaches are always searching for perimeter shot makers, and Harsanyi fits that mold as a sharp shooting wing with a good feel for the game. Playing for one of the nation's top programs, he consistently demonstrates the ability to space the floor and knock down shots from beyond the arc with confidence and consistency. Harsanyi knows how to play, competes with toughness, and understands how to impact winning within the flow of the offense. He also possesses slightly better-than-average foot speed and ball skills, allowing him to attack closeouts, make secondary plays off the dribble, and keep defenses honest.
