#9) Mike Banks | 5'9” PG | Manor

Banks was one of the best guards in the 757 this year regardless of class, and he will be the catalyst for Manor over the next few years with his floor general ability. The 5'9” guard may not be the biggest but he plays the game with a high IQ that is well beyond his years, he sees the floor and delivers passes on point to cutters and shooters, he thrives in transition with his speed and vision, and he picks his spots and scores it efficiently from multiple levels too.

#10) Shaquantay Evans | 6'1” PG | Lake Taylor

Evans played a big role in Lake Taylor making a run to the Class 3 state championship game, as he started for one of the most experienced and best backcourts in the 757, and it's easy to see he'll be an absolute problem in the next few years. He lives in the paint with a tight handle and change of pace that is beyond his years, he's equally dangerous as a playmaker and a finisher when he gets in the paint, he can move off the ball and drill shots off the catch, and he's a very good on ball defender as well.

#15) [player_tooltip player_id='3538914' first='Desmon' last='Hubbard'] | 5'11” CG | King's Fork

Hubbard wasted no time making himself known for a very good and experienced King's Fork team, and throughout the season he earned more time and eventually became one of their go-to guys down the stretch. The 5'11” guard is compact and strong with the ability to get in the lane and play through traffic, the lefty shoots it well and can score it off the bounce from all over the floor, he's a good athlete already who will only get more explosive with time, and he really competes on both ends of the floor as well.

#18) [player_tooltip player_id='3538917' first='Joel' last='Fullwood'] | 5'10” CG | Hampton

Fullwood played a big role for Hampton in their run to the Class 4 state championship game, and he'll be the guy to take the reigns moving forward for the Crabbers. The 5'10” combo is as crafty as they come as he has great footwork and finishes over bigger defenders with both hands, he can knock it down off the catch from deep, he has a great pull-up in the midrange with the ability to create space on step-backs, and he has good vision and playmaking ability too.

#23) [player_tooltip player_id='3538923' first='Aydin' last='Jones'] | 6'0” PG | Norview

While the Pilots had two of the best guards in the 757 who were both seniors so Jones couldn't always show what he could do, there's no doubt that he'll be the leader of this team moving forward over the next couple of years. The 6'0” lead guard is very well-rounded for his age as he has great footwork and can finish with both hands around the rim when begets downhill, he has a great handle and uses it with purpose to create space and get downhill, and he can drill it from deep off the catch and in the midrange off the bounce.

#26) [player_tooltip player_id='3538928' first='Shane' last='Tull'] | 6'2” SG | Arcadia

All the way out on the Eastern Shore, we have a very intriguing hooper in Tull who has a ton of upside moving forward. The 6'2” off guard put up big numbers as a freshman showing his ability to get downhill and get out in transition where he can use his strength and athleticism to finish around the rim, he's creative off the bounce to get separation and make tough shots from all three levels, and he's a high IQ playmaker who sees the game in ways many young prospects simply can't.
