One of the more productive freshmen in the state this season, Riddick only scored 4 points on the night but still stood out as arguably the highest-level long-term prospect on the floor. Blessed with a long, lean frame and fluid movements, he showed natural touch as a smooth shooter out to the perimeter and really intrigued with his pace and footwork as a slasher off the bounce. RIddick was also active on the glass, using his length to extend or close out possessions. We’d like to see him be more aggressive in future viewings but the ceiling is undeniable when considering Riddick’s skillset, physical tools, bloodlines, and youth.
