PG [player_tooltip player_id='1978106' first='Shay' last='Stephens'] | Notre Dame
The move: 18 to 11

The future Western Illinois guard continues his steady climb up the rankings, now sitting just outside the top 10. A lead guard with great size at 6-5, he sees the floor really well, is a capable perimeter shooting threat, and is extremely difficult to keep out of the paint at this level. He's averaging 26.8 points, 7.8 rebounds, 5.8 assists, and 3.2 steals on 61.2% shooting so far this season.

SF [player_tooltip player_id='2204894' first='Tyler' last='Hilton'] | Linn-Mar
The move: 19 to 12

After being a big-time contributor on a senior-laden team last season, this is Hilton's turn to shine, and shine he has. The 6-8 combo forward is averaging 24.0 points, 12.6 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 1.0 steals on nearly 55% shooting. He's an absolute force on the glass and a versatile defender who can guard two through five at this level, and should be able to guard multiple spots at Wayne State next season.

SF [player_tooltip player_id='2120763' first='Jack' last='McGuire'] | Pella
The move: 29 to 19

McGuire moves up the rankings by 10 spots, getting himself into the top 20 with his remarkable improvement as a ball-handler and shot creator early in his senior season. A 6-5 wing, he has always been really good in the mid-range, operating out of the high post routinely and controlling the game as a scorer or passer. His range has extended out to the arc with more confidence and consistency, and he has become a more explosive, confident ball-handler with a quick first step to blow by defenders. He's putting up 20.1 points, 6.4 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 1.1 blocks on 58-33-76 shooting.

SG [player_tooltip player_id='1765503' first='Brock' last='Badding'] | Kuemper Catholic
The move: 26 to 20

One of the state's elite shooters, Badding is knocking down 50% of his 3-point attempts so far this season en route to averaging 19.8 points per game. He has always been an electric shooting threat, but has made some real strides in his ability to impact the game in other ways, averaging 2.8 steals, 1.4 blocks, and 1.6 assists per game early in his senior year. Unfortunately, Badding is currently sidelined with an ankle or foot injury.

SF [player_tooltip player_id='1517427' first='Talan' last='Becker'] | Muscatine
The move: 40 to 23

Becker missed a majority of last season with an injury but is back healthy as a senior and has been fantastic for the Muskies. An athletic 6-4 wing who can score from all three levels, Becker is averaging 16.5 points and 2.7 rebounds on 49-47-75 shooting splits. His length and athleticism allow him to defend multiple positions, and his shooting is high-level.

SG [player_tooltip player_id='1765555' first='Drake' last='Medinger'] | Senior
The move: 39 to 26

Medinger has always been a really nice complement to high-scoring forward [player_tooltip player_id='1172887' first='Tevin' last='Schultz'] for the Rams, but he has taken his game to another level during his senior year, averaging 18.6 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 2.0 assists on 54-49-73 shooting splits. He's an explosive athlete who can attack off the dribble and knock down shots at a high clip off both the dribble and the catch.

SG [player_tooltip player_id='1978144' first='Zander' last='Murray'] | Xavier
The move: 41 to 28

Murray rises up the rankings because of his improvement as a ball-handler, playmaker, and on-ball defender. He has always been a solid shooting threat who can move off the ball and knock down shots off the catch, but he has really improved as a shot creator and secondary playmaker. He's averaging 19.5 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.2 assists, and 2.5 steals per game on 53.6% shooting.

SF [player_tooltip player_id='1574870' first='Spencer' last='Biah'] | Muscatine
The move: 55 to 43

A hyper-efficient wing who is among the best on-ball defenders in the state, Biah has been fantastic on both ends of the floor for Muscatine to start his senior year. He's a tough, quick on-ball defender with great, active hands, and he has the physicality to defend bigger players as well. He's averaging 13.7 points, 6.7 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 2.3 steals per game on 69% shooting.

SG [player_tooltip player_id='1756989' first='Isaiah' last='Oliver'] | Waukee Northwest
The move: 65 to 47

The future Iowa receiver has been really good as a role player for the Wolves to start his senior season, averaging 9.3 points, 4.6 rebounds, 5.0 assists, and 1.9 steals per game on 52-46-61 shooting splits. He's a plus-athlete who can finish above the rim with authority, is one of the top on-ball defenders in the state, and has really improved and impressed as a playmaker this season for the top-ranked Wolves, leading the team in assists.

SF [player_tooltip player_id='2823296' first='Landon' last='Hanson'] | Waukee
The move: 173 to 49

Hanson, a Waukee Northwest transfer, is one of five Warriors averaging in double-figures so far this season, at 10.3 points per game. He's an explosive athlete with great length and the ability to score from all three levels. He's an active, versatile defender who I think may just be starting to scratch the surface of his potential.
