The 2025 Pangos All-East Frosh/Soph Camp was held in Wilmington, DE this year as prospects ranging the 2028, 2029, and 2030 classes from 16 states were in attendance. Included in the group were some names that will be nationally coveted in the coming 12-16 months and in the Top 30 Cream of the Crop game, a handful of prospects from Connecticut and Rhode Island made their mark. Because there isn't a Rhode Island or Connecticut Prep Hoops page, we will categorize these prospects based off their grassroots program.

Abdulrahman impressed with his blend of size, skill, and relentless motor that resulted in his Top-60 Co-MOP award and playing his way into the Top-30 game. At 6-foot-7, he's packed with athleticism as he glides down to the floor to make electric plays around and above the rim at both ends. Abdulrahman is a versatile, willing defender who is always at the right spot at the right time. He showed off some shooting touch from beyond the arc when is feet were set and his shoulders were square. His motor and effort separated him from his competitors. The tools combined with the approach and mindset make him and extremely high upside prospect worth betting on long-term.

Team New England is littered with high-level talent and there's a significant argument to made for Olaniba to not only have the highest ceiling in the future, but also be one of the most productive prospects in the program right now. He simply brings so many tools to the table along with his 6-foot-8 frame that make him a legitimate two-way impact. Similar to his Team New England counterpart mentioned above, Olaniba is always operating like a battery pack is strapped on his shoulders. The motor seemed never-ending and the consistency at which he plays above the rim results in a bulk of rim-rocking finishes or emphatic blocks as he spikes the ball into the stands. He's still polishing his overall skillset, but there were plenty of flashes with the ball and as a spot-up shooter that make you feel good about the long-term upside with Olaniba.

Delves seems to be nearing close to 6-foot-4 now, which makes his ability to see the floor as well as rise over the top of defenders on his pull-up even more dangerous than it was before. His scoring prowess was on full display Sunday when he went for 28 points in a game prior to be voted in for the Top-30 Cream of the Crop Game. He needs little separation to get into his jumper and his unwavering confidence forces his defender to be on his p's and q's at all times or else Delves can quickly turn a tight game into a comfortable lead for his team. Savvy, efficient, and fluid are words I'd use to describe the top combo guard in New England for the 2028 class.

Yes, you're reading Smith's class correctly as 2030 and the 14 year old emulates a game as a lead guard that is mature beyond his years. Not only does he bring pure skill and feel with the ball both as a passer and scorer, but Smith also brings a moxie and competitive edge that helps fuel both him and his team. The burst off his back foot, shifty twitch with his crossover and the athletic pop that he brings around the rim certainly leads you to believe that he's much older than his real age. Smith can give photographers something to use in the open floor, but they better have their finger on the shutter button at all times given his end-to-end speed. This was a great stage for Smith to display his talents and introduce himself as a premier prospect in the 2030 national class to keep tabs on.
