Litchenberger utilized smooth drop-step footwork while keeping the ball high above his head, making him difficult to disrupt. His soft touch around the rim consistently converted opportunities, establishing him as an interior scoring threat.

A pure point guard who thrives with the ball in his hands, orchestrating the game with high-level instincts, IQ, and advanced playmaking reads. Rather than forcing action, Braxston operated smoothly within the flow of the offense, manipulating defensive rotations and exploiting breakdowns with pinpoint precision. His timing and vision allowed him to deliver passes to the right spots at the right moments in spectacular ways at times, whether it's a skip, pocket, or drop-off feed. Always composed, he dictates tempo and keeps teammates engaged, embodying the floor general role in its truest form.

Widely recognized as the top prospect in Texas, BJ Fields showcased a complete game built on constant playmaking and the ability to elevate everyone around him. Fields displayed effortless ball control as a passer, dribbler, and shot maker, with ambidextrous touch that stood out on floaters and layups, whether balanced or contorted in traffic. He played entirely at his own pace, dictating tempo and seamlessly shifting gears, often speeding up the game with his end-to-end quickness. Fields' handle was precise and purposeful, with every dribble serving as a setup toward either a scoring opportunity or a perfectly timed dime.

Kobe Cobb embraced the role of defensive anchor, battling mismatches inside and working tirelessly to slow down opposing bigs. He consistently walled up, anticipating moves and contesting shots with quick timing that led to blocks and deflections. Cobb's value extended beyond the stat sheet, his leadership, vocal presence, and willingness to handle the little things made him one of the most trusted players on the floor. Whether on the court or the bench, Kobe Cobb's energy and voice set the tone for his team.

Quinn Pennington was a little man making big plays on both sides of the floor. He consistently turned turnovers into instant offense, advancing the ball ahead in transition and making the extra pass to set up easy looks. Beyond his distribution, Pennington scored efficiently with a high-arching floater that showed elite touch. He strung together dribble sequences with remarkable rhythm, using quick, tight moves to keep defenders off balance. In the halfcourt, Pennington relied on strong pivot footwork in the triple threat to maintain balance and finish against taller defenders. He was clearly one of the weekend's top point guard standouts.

While waiting for other games to start, I found myself courtside for a 4th grade matchup and what I thought would be just passing the time turned into a glimpse of the next generation of talent. From quick-handed guards pushing the pace to developing bigs owning the paint, the 2033's and 2034's made plays you wouldn't expect from athletes this young. It was a reminder that the foundation of future stars is built early, and these prospects are already laying bricks for what could be bright basketball futures. Here's a look at some of the breakout performers from the 4th grade division at Coast2Coast The Finals.
