showed a tremendous feel for the game, playing with constant activity and productivity. He knocked down open looks with excellent precision and remained effective even when heavily contested, a trait that should translate well to the college level with the Texas Longhorns next season. Ogden’s clutch shot-making down the stretch helped close the game out, showing the mentality of a true bucket-getter. On the glass, Ogden played with a high motor, crashing the boards with physicality and nearly throwing down putback dunks while battling opponents’ midair to secure rebounds.

A consistent shooting threat, he has demonstrated the ability to dismantle defenses with rhythm, confidence, and range. One of the elite shooters in all of high school basketball, Ogden was scorching the nets from long distance for ASAK on the 3SSB circuit this summer. With soft touch and range that extends well beyond the 3-point line and a repeatable shooting form, you expect every shot Ogden takes to go in. Ogden’s father Chris was a team captain for Texas and coached as an assistant for eight years with Rick Barnes and also currently serves as the team general manager. Playing at Westlake high school in Austin Austin 6'2" | CG Covenant Classical | 2027 TX , it was destined for Ogden to be a Longhorn and is a key recruit for Sean Miller as he looks to establish a footprint in the SEC.

Ogden put on an outstanding performance of basketball excellence. He delivered a masterclass in basketball IQ and efficiency as he consistently made smart reads with the ball and showed advanced poise against closeouts with polished footwork. Ogden regularly got defenders in the air with pump fakes before resetting and drilling jumpers without wasted motion. From the corners, he was automatic, knocking down shots with precision whenever he was given space.

Bo is an efficient, 3-level scoring wing with elite shooting touch—especially in transition, where he’s arguably the best in the class. He cuts with purpose, relocates seamlessly, and punishes defenses with his quick trigger and shot consistency. Defensively, he’s tenacious—fighting through screens, contesting with purpose, and guarding multiple spots with physicality. His ability to impact the game without needing the ball makes him a favorite among coaches. They keep calling because he’s one of the most well-rounded, reliable wings in the class.

One of the top scorers on the 3SSB circuit, Ogden has an absolute burner. Able to launch from NBA range, Ogden has ‘in the gym’ type range. Playing on balance and able to score on or off the ball, Ogden is one of the best pure scorers in the country. Ogden’s session I stats from 3SSB were absurd, 25.3 PPG on 66.7% from the field and 72.7% from 3-point range. Ogden has taken a visit to Purdue and was recently offered by the new staff at Texas, I’m sure more programs will emerge this summer as he’s a player who can fit in a lot of different systems.
