Turner started things off with an above the break C+S 3, rotated quickly to come up with help side block, was a scrappy “first to the floor” guard diving to collect 50/50 balls for his team, and showed dynamic speed in the open court in transition. His moxie to bang in the post defensively against taller opponents to come away with an emphatic on-ball block and swipe away several shot attempts to force the turnover really stood out throughout the contest. It’s good to see a young prospect setting the tone for his team at the defensive end of the floor.
