<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Today, we continue our&nbsp;<em>Program Profiles</em>&nbsp;series with a look at&nbsp;<em>Team Sims</em>.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Based out of Foxboro, Massachusetts, <em>Team Sims</em> is led by its founder, Courtney Sims.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Offering a comprehensive sports performance, training, and youth basketball experience, <em>Team Sims</em> has evolved into one of the most innovative your sports programs in the industry, offering travel teams, camps, clinics, and workshops.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Playing a high level schedule against top notch competition, <em>Team Sims</em> has teams playing on both the UA Rise Circuit, as well as on the Hoop Group circuit. A lefty that can really shoot the basketball, he's at his best with the ball in his hands, making plays for both himself and others. He does a nice job of stepping into his shot off the bounce, shows some creativity around the rim as a finisher, and has some real wiggle off the bounce as a creator. A hybrid forward that can score inside and out, he does a good job of making plays off the bounce from the high post, has a nose for the ball on the offensive glass, and continues to improve his consistency as a perimeter shooter. He runs the floor hard in transition and has the ability to play bully-ball around the rim as a finisher. An efficient perimeter shooter with quality positional size and a strong frame, he does a good job of moving without the basketball to get open. He gets his feet set quickly, has deep range on his jumper, and can even put the ball on the floor for multiple dribbles to get into his mid-range game. A big time athlete on the perimeter, he does a great job of utilizing his physical gifts on both ends of the floor. He has good size for the position and a plus wingspan, both of which he uses to his advantage defensively. He has the ability to be an on-ball stopper, makes plays in passing lanes that lead to turnovers, and even blocks shots coming from the help side. A burly 6'4" forward, he's able to carve out space on the block, has advanced footwork for a young prospect, and shows good feel as a passer when the double team comes. He finishes with strength around the rim, but also shows soft touch on his jump hooks.
