Perhaps the most productive freshman in the entire NEPSAC while steering the ‘AA' upstart Mounties, Delves has been off to a dominant start this grassroots season with his TNE team sporting an undefeated record. Knocking off yet another sneaker team on Sunday, “Bright” was his usual dynamic self, attacking off the bounce relentlessly using an enticing blend of skill, athleticism, and savvy. While known for his flashy exploits playing above the rim, his biggest intrigue as a prospect comes by way of the subtle and unteachable high-feel plays that Delves makes routinely on both ends in the floor game. You'll be hard pressed find a better rising sophomore guard in New England at this stage.

As a key returning piece to an undefeated TNE group that may sport the most potent non-sponsored 15U lineup in the country, Dellasanta looks vastly improved with still a tremendous degree of upside left to tap into. A quintessential modern big man with an increasingly diverse inside-out skillset, he looks far more comfortable within his developing frame than he did coming out of last summer. Already a comfortable floor-spacer off the catch and natural rim protector with his size and length, Dellasanta's now begun working in a skilled dribble-drive game that's quite unique at his size and age. Heading into the NEPSAC this coming year, he could wind up on high-major radars down the line if he continues on this trajectory.

While he's still working his way onto the scene, it may not be long before Kamagate is a household name across New England and beyond. New to the U.S. in recent months by way of Burkina Faso, Kamagate moves with a blend of control and fluidity at his size and age that's sure to leave any coach or scout salivating. He uses his length and movement skills to be a gameplan-wrecker on the defensive end, but also flashes the type of touch and ball skills that point to an upside at the highest possible levels. We don't want to place too high of expectations on such a young prospect so early, but we'll monitoring Kamagate closely from this point forward and expect high-major coaches to be doing the same as soon as they become familiar.

While his team suffered a lopsided loss to close the event, Giles displayed a wealth of talent with a tantalizing skillset to build on in years to come. Operating all over the floor on either end, he stands out with his blend of size and ball skills, exploiting mismatches and navigating to spots with ease. He showed some effectiveness converting inside around the rim but really shined as a passer, using his size and court sense to survey over smaller defenders and set the table for his teammates. A very young member of the 2027 class who's also received recruiting interest as a quarterback, Giles brings clear D1 talent to the hardwood that we look forward to evaluating further in the future.

Having played up on the 15U level a year ago on the UAA circuit and cut his teeth as a valuable freshman contributor in the NEPSAC, Costello looks to be taking further strides in his game that point to a breakout on the recruiting trail sooner rather than later. A big guard with the size and well-rounded skillset to operate across the positional spectrum along the perimeter, Costello brings an IQ and versatility that's hard to find in a prospect his age. Already a consistent shotmaker and smart slasher off the bounce, he's begun to incorporate some athleticism to his attack as well while shedding some baby fat from bis frame. With some key seniors moving on at Rivers, look for Costello to continue making strides throughout the grassroots season before stepping right into a marquee role as a sophomore.

We didn't get to spend as much time watching him as we would have liked, but Stemberger left a noteworthy first impression with his skill level and poise in the backcourt. Steering a blowout win to close the weekend, the lefty displayed a well-rounded offensive arsenal with a mature nuance to his decisionmaking and ability to pick his spots. With good positional size already, Stemberger plays at his own pace while letting things come to him, calmly taking advantage of what the defense presents either as a scorer or facilitator. Given his limited varsity experience to this point, we'll look to evaluate him further moving forward as he grows more battle-tested, but the outlines are certainly there for a scholarship-level guard down the line with upside for the D1 ranks as he develops and faces steeper competition.
