The upside for this talented forward is immense and the hard work is there to match it. Bartley looked really good working off 2 feet and using his pivot foot to create a clean look. Boos handled the ball efficiently and effectively and made some strong passes with zip on them. He plays like, and carries himself like, a true leader. We can start with the fact that the young man is simply a next level athlete. He can attack the rim with long strides and body control. He walked in and business as usual, buried about 4 of his first 5 triple attempts. That consistency continued over the course of the evening. His jumper from beyond the arc looked smooth and efficient last night. He showed solid decision making in when to attack and finish at the rim, use his mid range game or use the jumper from beyond the arc.
