Fox is a player who we are very curious about, as he’s a player who I feel is going to have a buzz that starts his freshman year. We saw him dominate at times this summer, and we want to see how that game has evolved and how he’ll look in this kind of setting. We like how he pushes the pace, sets up teammates, and controls what’s happening on the floor, but at any moment he can just take over and go get a basket, and that’s exactly what will have him as a standout at the showcase. I’d love to see him get out and prove that he’s a name to know moving forward, and another solid outing could really separate him. 

Fox has the type of skill set that could continue evolving into a major offensive weapon as he develops. His ability to play with pace, attack downhill and create pressure in transition consistently puts defenses in difficult positions. He showed strong instincts as a facilitator, keeping his head up and finding open teammates when defenses collapsed. Fox plays with confidence and understands how to control tempo while creating opportunities for others. As he continues improving his scoring consistency and overall strength, his combination of playmaking, attacking ability and feel for the game gives him the tools to become a very impactful guard moving forward

Fox thrived in transition, pushing the tempo and attacking the rim to get himself to the free throw line. He displayed strong court vision and awareness, often drawing defenders and kicking the ball out to open teammates. Fox’s ability to create for others made him an effective playmaker and floor general.
