Tchidi Ejimadu Tchidi Ejimadu 6'3" | CG/SG Park Center | 2029 State MN is a six-foot-two-inch 2029 wing from Park Center and plays with Gain Elite P32. Ejimadu showed off ability as a ball handler more in the 5v5 than I saw during the AAU year which could offer the Pirates additional ball handlers. Ejimadu made a pass ahead to streaking big man for a score early showing ability to have his head up and ready to push, and midway through the first half Ejimadu threw down one of the more athletic dunks of the day. Ejimadu in the 2nd half of the 5v5 game showed he can make 3-pointers at a high rate hitting multiple and he stayed aggressive attacking the rim.

Tchidi was one of the most physically gifted prospects at camp, playing above the rim and making plays all over the floor. He has the athleticism to play on the perimeter, where he can handle and create with the ball in his hands. The 6’3” shooting guard also has the strength to match up with forwards and hold his own with his interior defense. Ejimadu looked good scoring from all three levels, throwing down open floor dunks, as well as hitting a game winning three-pointer in the matchup I saw.

Tchidi Ejimadu – Ejimadu is a six-foot-two-inch 2029 Park Center wing that plays for Gain Elite 15U P32. Ejimadu was active in passing lanes, jumping passes like a waiting defensive back and finishing at the rim smoothly. Ejimadu left open on the perimeter knocked down a 3-pointer showcasing a bit of 3&D type ability.

Tchidi shined in Sunday’s matchup with Minnesota Heat , taking the game over at times. He has solid size for his age and was tough to stop from attacking the basket when paired with his speed and athleticism. He was able to explode to the basket, being more than capable of converting on tough finishes over a larger defender. Ejimadu was at his best when running the floor in transition and using his strength and athleticism to get downhill.

Tchidi was possibly the best pure scorer in attendance at the Freshman Showcase. He can beat you with his quick first step, is strong enough to bully other guards to get to the rim, or has the wiggle out on the perimeter to create separation for a jumper. Throughout the day Tchidi put points on the board at all three levels, and was doing so in impressive fashion. Impressive combination of skill and physical tools heading into his freshman year at Park Center.
