[player_tooltip player_id='2910156' first='Jaidyn' last='Boyd'], 6'1 SG Lenape 2027

Boyd picked a great time to have a career night as he poured in a team-high 25 points. The 6'1 guard shot the ball with confidence from behind the arc as he knocked down four triples and was unafraid of taking big shots down the stretch. Boyd moved well without the ball in his hands, freeing himself for open layups and jumpers in the halfcourt. He moved his feet well on defense and rarely forced the issue in the halfcourt. Boyd erupted for 25 points after going scoreless in the quarterfinal and will look to duplicate his performance in the sectional final.

Sam Viggiano, 5'11 SG Glen Rock 2025

Viggiano pulled out his best performance of the season during the sectional semifinal as he scored a season-high 22 points. The 5'11 guard showed off a clean release on his jumper as he buried six triples and shot the ball with confidence throughout the game. Viggiano played with composure as he didn't feel rattled by the pressure and moved well within the flow of the offense. He made good decisions with the ball in his hands and slide his feet on defense. Viggiano is looking to end his varsity career on a high note as Glen Rock looks to win its first ever sectional title.

[player_tooltip player_id='2766360' first='Quinn' last='Dashefsky'], 6'2 SG Ridge 2025

Dashefsky did all he could to extend his varsity career as he scored a game-high 21 points. The 6'2 guard used his handle to get to his spot on the floor as he finished nicely around the rim and was able to draw contact. Dashefsky used his size to see over smaller defenders and set his feet before he shot. He moved well without the ball in his hands and was able to push the pace in transition. Dashefsky came up with big moments for Ridge throughout the season as he helped the Red Devils make the sectional semifinals.

[player_tooltip player_id='2763494' first='Jayden' last='Solomon'], 6'3 SG Newark Collegiate 2026

Solomon put up a game-high 21 points for Newark Collegiate, but it was not enough as the Panthers fell in the sectional semifinal. The 6'3 guard was aggressive off the bounce as he attacked the basket with a purpose and finished strong around the rim. Solomon showed poise on the ball as he was able to run the offense at times and was able to find his open teammates in the halfcourt. He used his length to be disruptive on the defensive end and worked for rebounds on both ends of the floor. Solomon had a breakout junior season as he put up over 400 points, 100 rebounds and 100 assists, which should translate into an uptick in his recruiting this spring and summer.

Dan Decker, 6'5 PF Vernon 2027

Decker had a monster performance as he put up a career-high 19 points in Vernon's semifinal win. The 6'5 forward showed off a good release on his jumper and hit clutch free throws down the stretch. Decker used his body to get position down low and has a nice touch around the basket. He fought for rebounds on both ends of the floor and used his length to alter shots on the defensive end. Decker's ability to influence the game at both ends of the floor is something that will help Vernon take home its first ever sectional title in school history.
