Despite battling injury and foul trouble throughout the game his play was one of the main reasons why Naz Prep was able to win over Monessen (PA). He had great timing when going up to contest shots and got his mitts on several balls, once he was in foul trouble he decided to wall up inside instead of biting on every take. He does a good job running the floor in transition. He also was able to get to the foul line and convert on several chances from the charity stripe. Evans found ways to get others involved in the flow of the game with his distribution skills. He finished with 12 points. I think Evans needs to play more conservative when he is defending the goal so he can stay out of foul trouble. He got downhill with ease and was able to convert inside the painted area. He applied good ball pressure and found ways to turn defense to offense. Keys altered a few shots and was in good places on the floor to get rebounds. He converted on easy chances inside accumulating 10 points and didn't look to force shots. Caldwell also got to the foul line. He used his length to get steals and rebounds.
