At Clackamas, teammate and fellow Class of 2027 standout [player_tooltip player_id='2026062' first='RJ' last='Barhoum'] gets a lot of press - and deservedly so - but Martinov is a great second fiddle and definitely caught our attention when we saw him in league play. The 6-foot-3 combo guard lets the game come to him, has the ability to knock down jumpers but also create the dribble and utilize his size to score over smaller players. He's a willing passer and defender who has the chops to help out on the boards too.

Bigs aren't plentiful across the state but Walkenhorst is more than just his 6-foot-8 height. The sophomore post runs the floor well and his fluidity in movement reflects the upside that he possesses. Offensively, he's still a bit of a work in progress but he's capable of crashing the offensive glass for putbacks and he holds his own on the boards and on defense.

With fellow Class of 2027 standout out most of this season due to injury, Twitchell has stepped in as Canby's top inside threat and he's been impressive at times. He plays bigger than his listed 6-foot-4 height due to his strength and ruggedless, and he's also an underrated athlete who can finish around the rim.

As the season has progressed, Hanson's contributions to the Cardinals have increased. While a little undersized to play inside at 6-foot-2, the sophomore plays tough and has some crafty moves to free himself for shots, while also showing some ability to step out and knock down some mid-range shots. A hard-nosed competitor, he'll be one of the future go-to guys for Lincoln in the future.

While he's pretty much started since the start of the year, when star senior [player_tooltip player_id='2045350' first='Owen' last='Hopkins'] went out due to injury, Nieman rose to the challenge and increased his scoring output. He's got the ability to knock down open shots - and do so with range from beyond the three-point arc - but he's far from just a standstill shooter as the sophomore can put the ball on the floor a bit to create. He's an underrated rebounder for his size and has a good motor on the defensive end.
