A Stat That REALLY Matters: N. Michigan GPA Front Runners Pt. 1

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>We often consume ourselves with wins and losses and comb through the stat sheets to seek out who the PPG leaders are. What often gets overlooked is the importance of a well-rounded education. Many college and high school coaches I talk to always comment on how kids who work hard in school have a correlation that plays out on the field of play (and in life). Some kids will excel in college, some in the trades, while others may find their niche in the Armed Forces. I'm just a simple ditch digger (I own an excavating company), but I do know this, if you commit to becoming more educated, on and off the court, you will be a much better person down the road. Less than 2% of college athletes end up playing professional sports, but 100% should strive to be professional in life. The criteria for this one is simple, if you're in Northern Michigan and one of my followers on X and you listed your GPA, I'm going to share it. If you have a social media profile, add your GPA to your profile, it does help.
