He shoots the ball well from the outside and attacks hard when defenders close out too fast. Uses ball fakes, pump fakes, and baseline drives to create advantages. Plays with explosion and looks to finish strong at the rim. His long arms and athleticism give him real lockdown defender potential, and he competes on that end every game. Vocal leader with strong energy and confidence. Also holds the school record in the Long Jump, which shows up in his burst and overall athletic ability.

Cason is a steady and versatile guard who made quite the impact for Second Baptist this year after transferring from Jersey Village. Hall has poise under pressure and makes the right reads at either combo guard slot with the ball in his hands. He can shoot from the perimeter which makes defenders close out on him and then drive hard to the basket and either finish or draw contact and get to the foul line. He is a very disciplined perimeter defender and is almost capable of guarding any position 1 through 5. Cason is playing with Cooz Elite 17u this grassroots season.
