Acaurii was the go-to player on his team and he showed off his full offensive skillset with the ball in his hands. He attacked the basket strong and under control where he could finish with either hand around contact. He did the majority of his scoring damage inside, but showed flashes of what his perimeter game could become. Clark is an elite athlete who can play above the rim already as a rising sophomore.

Acaurii Clark Acaurii Clark 6'4" | CG/SG Two Rivers | 2028 State MN is an incredibly gifted athlete who can impact the game in a variety of ways. He plays with a lot of aggression and is an excellent finisher around the rim. He runs the floor well, rebounds at a high rate, and plays tough defense. The on-ball pressure Clark plays with provides constant headaches for opposing ball-handlers. Thanks to his athleticism and size, Clark can guard just about every position. Clark is a really well-rounded two-way player.

The 2028 guard was coming up with steals in bunches on Sunday morning. Matched up against the #1 ranked freshman in North Dakota, Acaurii showed he can hold his own with high level players. To start off the game Acaurii ripped his man for a steal, threw down a transition dunk, and then went and did the same thing again for another steal and dunk! At 6’3 he has a long frame, with the agility needed to move his feet to guard the 1-3 spots. He was sitting deep in a stance, and showed great timing to reach in with that long frame for steals which led to easy buckets on the other end. Offensively he has a nose for the rim with the athleticism to hang in the air for some acrobatic finishes.

Clark is a long athlete, dynamic fluid movements with quick hands.. Solid secondary ball handler, projects as a possible 3&D type player. Clark did knock down one three showing potential to shoot but right now much more a slasher type on offense.
