Garcia has continued to build momentum this spring as one of the classic "Heart over Height" guards that changes games through sheer force of will. Especially since he can bomb away a few steps from behind the arc. He moves his feet well, even being willing to take charges when he cuts off an opposing ball handler. The Shawnee Wolf has the ability to get downhill at the 5A level, as a straw to stir the drink for his team. He runs the floor well, had promising as a roll man in pick and roll situations. And even flashed some defensive versatility with good hip movement when covering ground and ball handlers.
