It was one of Mbroh’s more controlled an effective games. He produced in a lot of ways that are pivotal to his development. Knocked down a pair of threes, limited turnovers and handed out 4 assists. There was the usual transition dimes while also making a great cross court read on a drive. Making that type of pass more often will unlock new levels for Mborh. Unfortunately he fouled out in overtime, giving a bitter ending to a strong junior season. But it was a fantastic season of growth.

Arguably the fastest player in the class, Mbroh is a blur with the ball in his hands. He’s a transition demon, who along with scoring himself can also serve up lobs. To balance out his speed in the half court, he has a nasty pull up game. He can break ankles and leave opponents slipping as he stops on a dime to shoot. The production has started to match his potential, but there’s more development to come for “X” to reach his full potential.
His reading of the game in the halfcourt must improve. He has tendency of relying too much on his speed, not playing with his head up and driving into crowds. Because of his athletic gifts he can hit tough contested shots, but long term at his height he needs to be more of a PG. Who sets up his teammates more often in the halfcourt. Hopefully with more reps and time, the game will slow down for Mbroh and he’ll become as exciting of a playmaker as he is a scorer.

Too fast, too quick and too exciting. Mbroh has track star type speed and was Heritage Hall’s most consistent producer against Roland. Is a blur in transition, and importantly is developing quite the chemistry with fellow junior Bradshaw. Served up multiple oops to him, and is becoming a good decision making in transition. In the halfcourt, his quickness shines. Either navigating to the rim or stopping on a dime for 15-18 foot mid-range jumpers. In big games like this, and more during the Chargers’ playoff run the scout will clearly be to swarm Mbroh. Considering the shooters often on the court around him, if he improves as a passer he should be serving up plenty of dimes. And wins for The Hall.

Mbroh is electric with his quickness and long speed, with not too shabby leaping ability either. Explodes around the rim with acrobatic layups and can stop on a dime with mid-range pull up jumpers. Had a couple moments in transition where the game slowed down for him and he made good reads. That’s the next step for him, as in the halfcourt he can be prone to be focused on the rim and driving into crowds. Slowing the game down mentally and better reading open teammates can unlock his full potential.

Even at the national level, Mbroh’s quickness and ability to change pace jump off the screen. Can catch defenders flat flooted with his great first step and crossover. Along with slipping his way all to the rim, can stop on a dime and hit in the mid-range. Exciting scoring all around scoring potential for the 405 standout. Just had an efficient and productive first session with ProSkills (TX) out in Arizona for Nike 16U EYBL action.

While there’s been flashes of Mbroh’s talent as a sophomore, it hasn’t quite gone the way it expected. On Thursday night, that might have changed as he was electric in Heritage Hall’s upset win over 10th ranked Community Christian. CCS defenders could not stay in front of him, as he forced them into a zone defense. And even then he was still dropping defenders with dribble moves and quickness. Got out in transition in the second half to put an exclamation point on their double digit win with a slam. The talent has been obvious for Mbroh and he was put in a position on Thursday to showcase it, and he did just that. Now it’s looking like Heritage Hall could make some noise in Class 3A Area

Mbroh always brings the electricity to his game. He plays fast, but can stop on a dime. Most evident in old school mid-range game, but can also hit from distance. Can explode in a hurry on drives, leaving defenders in the dust. Profiling more as a two guard or a combo right now, feels like a natural scorer. Likes to gamble on defense, which can cause some highlight moments and hopefully he’s good at picking his spots to gamble on defense this winter. Will be among the better scorers in Class 3A.

should quickly catch eyes as he is a crafty guard who uses his lateral athleticism to make an impact on both ends of the floor. While showing his tight handle, Mbroh has an awesome change of speed and direction which helped him create space with ease. He scored with great touch in the midrange on pull-ups and floaters, but impressed the most while adjusting at the rim. His long wingspan also help him disrupt ball handlers and passing lanes while on defense. His instincts for steals also help him get into transition opportunities where he excels in the open court.

The lightning quick sophomore guard looks set for a breakout campaign at Heritage Hall. He’s shifty and made it look effortless with the way he blew by defenders or stopped on a dime and lived in the mid-range. Around the rim he gets good lift, combined with his long arms gives him the beginnings of an acrobatic and flashy finishing package. Guards like Mbroh thrive in up tempo, camp settings and it provided a good preview of the offensive weapon he can be this winter for the Chargers.

Shifty and crafty lead guard, key part of a burgeoning youth movement for the Chargers in the Class of 2026. Promising iso scorer. Can get defenders on skates, and then has a variety of moves to hit in the mid-range. Mbroh has the body control and lift to avoid contact at the rim now by knifing through the defense. Some bounce is starting to come in as he nearly threw it down in transition after a steal. Further unlocking that bounce and adding strength as he matures will be key as he keeps leveling up as a scorer.
