Below is a review of several prospects from southeastern Pennsylvania who impressed at this past weekend's Post & Pivot “Pre-Live” Team Camp.

[player_tooltip player_id='1460634' first='Everett' last='Barnes'] – 6'9″ / 2025 / Father Judge / [program_tooltip program_id='2078697' first='Philly' last='Pride'] UAA / Power Forward: Barnes (4 ppg.; 4 rpg. & 1.5 bpg. last season) posted a breakout 2024 spring circuit and has continued to play outstanding ball during the “pre-live” period. He is an old school power forward with the size and skills to dominate the paint at both ends. On offense, he flashed solid low post moves and the ability to score over either shoulder. He can also dive to the cup for a bucket, operate in pick-n-roll action and work the offensive glass. Defensively, he is a fierce rebounder and intimidating shot blocker.

[player_tooltip player_id='2427215' first='Kevin' last='Benson III'] – 6'3” / 2027 / Imhotep Charter / [program_tooltip program_id='2078678' first='East' last='Coast Power'] HGSL / Combo Guard: Benson is a primary ball handler with three level scoring skills. He thrives at executing dribble drives off high pick action. Once Benson has gotten downhill off the pick and navigated his way into the heart of the defense, he can get score at the rim through contact or kick out to open shooters. In those high pick sets, Benson can also come off the screen with a side dribble and then splash a triple. Benson has the speed and distribution skills to run the fast break too. His skill set and style of play reminds me a little of Tyrese Maxey.

Adriano McLean – 6'6” / 2025 / Penn Wood / Power Forward: McLean is a super athletic prospect (football standout too) with size, a long wingspan, and a physical edge to his game. He owns excellent rim to rim speed, so he is a factor in the transition game. In the half-court, McLean will score via his nice face up game, slashes to the cup and the offensive boards. He can play bully ball in the paint too. When he is around the rim, McLean can score with either hand. At the other end, McLean is a fearsome rim protector.
