Prospect Spotlight: Marjon Beauchamp (2020)
Class of 2020’s MarJon Beauchamp is on a mission to be the best in the country.
Beauchamp is a rising star, who is slowly becoming known around the country. At 6’5 he is tall and lanky and is still growing. He is a combo guard, with a good feel for the game. He creates well off the dribble, making plays and setting up his teammates for easy buckets. He has a solid jump shot and can play above the rim with athletic finishes.
“I can shoot the ball really well. I like to use my length on defense to get deflections and make it tough on the opposing guards” said Beauchamp.“
“This past season I was hurt for half of the season, so I didn’t get to play as much as I wanted to.”
Beauchamp plans on putting in some major work this off season, improving his weaknesses and even his strengths.
“I want to work on being stronger with the ball and rebounding more. I want to put on a little more weight and muscle.”
“As of right now I have offers from UW, Eastern WA, Cal Poly, Seattle U, and Marquette.”
