Rassell Young Rassell Young 6'2" | SG Huntington Prep | 2026 State NC – Team Thad
Young is a prospect who’s shown he can operate in a multitude of ways on the EYBL scene with Team Thad so far this grassroots cycle. He’s due for a big junior year at Mallard Creek High as he continues to show off his exploits in the backcourt as a creator, shooter and facilitator. He recently earned an offer from Radford University as well.
Josiah Hill Josiah Hill 6'1" | CG Southern Guilford | 2026 State NC – Team Crews
Hill is another shifty 2026 guard to keep an eye on with Team Crews on the independent grassroots scene. He’s crafty off the bounce and doesn’t waste any time getting to his spots to make things happen. He’s got good balance in showing he can score both off the perimeter and in getting the painted area. He’s one to watch with Southern Guilford High in June.
Gyabaah is a sizeable name in the 2026 class who’s starting to make a name for himself with NC Spartans . At 6-foot-5, he’s a matchup nightmare for opponents given he knows how to utilize his frame to score easy buckets around the basket. His versatility and mobility is something that could carry him over the next few years as well.
Brycen Dubose Brycen Dubose 6'4" | SF Cardinal Gibbons | 2026 State NC – FireBall Basketball
Dubose is another sizeable matchup problem in the making with FireBall Basketball Academy. He’s a strong and skilled forward prospect who can battle in the painted area for buckets and find ways to clean up the glass. DII programs in need of a bruiser on the interior should look no further!
Noah VanBeurden Noah VanBeurden 6'4" | SG St. Stephens | 2026 State NC – Carolina Riptide
VanBuerden has taken advantage of the current landscape and played up in the 2025 (17U) class while maintaining his status in the 2026 rankings. He’s a crafty creator who can get to the paint and make things happen with his ability to finish in traffic. Even more lethal is his ability to knock down shots off the bounce and off the catch. He’s a prospect for DII and DIII programs in the region to get eyes on in June.
